You may experience all or some of the following:
• You may feel tired to the point of exhaustion, and generally unwell.
• Pain may start 24 hours before your period begins, and last for about 36 hours.
• The pain may be crampy, or constant, or both.
• The pain may be felt in the tummy, lower back or down the inside of the thighs.
• There may be pain in the vagina as well.
• You may have other symptoms including headache, diarrhea and vomiting, bloating and mood changes.
